The theme for this year’s National Apprenticeships Week was ‘Skills for Life’ and what better way to celebrate than teaming up with our new Apprentice Engineer, Will, who is bringing a new dynamic to the Zusi team where we’re helping him to build his experience in the world of communications.

At Zusi, we know how important it is to encourage the next generation of professionals to learn more about the world of telecoms. In an ever changing and fast moving industry, there’s always more to learn, so it’s great for the younger people to learn how we deliver for our clients.

Meet Will…

Will Barnett joins the Zusi team as an Apprentice Engineer. He’s the go to person for clients who have any issues relating to their systems, and also handles new system builds to make sure everything is set up with the correct requirements.

One of the key aspects of the service we provide is on-hand, reliable support to ensure your systems are running exactly as they should be. In his role, Will plays a vital part in making sure we can achieve this for every single customer we work with.

What Will has to say:

We asked Will what he enjoyed about being part of the Zusi team. He said: What I enjoy about the role is the technical application that I can have. I also enjoy the work atmosphere as it makes work not feel like work. With this atmosphere and the people I’m surrounded by, it makes me want to learn more and complete my apprenticeship to aid myself and the business.’

We can’t wait to see how Will’s career progresses from here, and we’re proud to see what a positive impact he’s having on the projects he’s working on currently.
