Having worked in the telecommunication industry for more than 20 years, Richard is incredibly experienced within all aspects of telephony, with an expertise in business mobiles. He has worked for two major mobile networks and a telecoms provider, which has given him a real overview of the industry. Richard will be helping customers through meeting a broad range of businesses, identifying their specific requirements and providing solutions to meet their operational and budgetary requirements.

As the first port of call for all incoming enquiries, calls and service emails, Abby oversees the onboarding of all new customers while managing current customer requests and requirements. She also deals with new mobile connections, additions like data roaming and international calls, while ensuring customer accounts are managed effectively, adding value wherever possible.
