The History

We’ve been working with Out of Eden for a few years now.   They were looking to make the switch from BT to a new communications provider and needed to install a leased line to improve their connectivity.  Unlike broadband, it isn’t shared by multiple third party users.  It’s a dedicated internet connection that always offers high connectivity and a fixed bandwidth, making it an essential solution for any business.  

What We Did

BT initially made the leased line installation quite problematic, namely placing a line in the incorrect location.  This delayed the project, but we worked closely with the team to get a resolution as quickly as we could.  We understand that managing third parties can be part and parcel of delivering a successful outcome, and this was no different.  Our support team were on hand to handle any queries and push things along as quickly as was possible.
